Below are the commonly asked questions we see about our ERP service. This set of FAQs does not include anything about how to use arbinon.com.

Is there a contract?
No. We offer a month-to-month subscription service which you can cancel at any time. If you cancel your subscription, the effect that has is it will stop the automatic renewal for the following month. Cancelling your service will keep your current term active until the end of that period of time.
Is there a discount if I pay annually?
No, not yet. The sole plan we are offering is the Founder's Plan.
Do you have a money back guarantee?
No, but, yes. We offer a 30-day trial account. We also don't force you to sign a contract. So, between those two, we don't see the need to offer a money back guarantee. In the off chance there was a system error and we didn't process a cancellation in time to stop an automatic payment, and you were charged, we would process a refund.
What if I need more time for my trial?
We get it. Sometimes life happens. Create a support ticket on https://arbinon.freshdeksk.com to ask for a top-up on your trial.
What's involved with getting started?
There are two phases in getting going:
- Technical onboarding - this is where input your invitation code (optional), register for an account and start the technical process of initially syncing your arbinon.com account with Amazon. Mostly happens behind the scenes and our team observe each onboarding queue to ensure things go smoothly.
- Business onboarding - this is where you configure your arbinon.com account so that you can perform the various functions in the system. Depending on if you want to onboard everything at once, or if you want to do it gradually, you have flexibility to bite off as much as you want to "chew". We also have load sheets to upload your Suppliers, Supplier SKUs, bulk edit your SKUs/catalog, and more. So, when you're ready, we are here to help. For a limited period of time, we are waiving the VIP onboarding fees of $199 USD and are providing that as a value-add service to make it easier for you.
What marketplaces do you support?
We've build arbinon.com to support all Amazon marketplaces.
However, we have only been working with clients that have access to the North American marketplaces of Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, and Amazon.com.mx.
We have not developed for, nor tested features and functionality unique to marketplaces outside North America at this time, (ie. UK VAT & post-BREXIT changes, EU VAT and compliance, points in Japan, etc.).
Expanding for those markets is on our development roadmap.
